Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a
requirement, on behalf of Transport Canada, for Soil Remediation
- Wabush Airport, Wabush, NL.  The work of this project involves
removal and disposal of petroleum contaminated soils,
decommissioning and disposal of existing berm and site grading.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
It is recommended that the bidder or an authorized
representative visit the site to familiarize themselves with all
existing conditions as they apply to the Scope of Work.  All
individuals planning to visit the site are required to provide
their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).  The PPE shall
include as a minimum, safety glasses, safety boots and safety
hats.

Bidders must refer to GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS - CONSTRUCTION
SERVICES - BID SECURITY REQUIREMENTS - R2710T (2015-02-25) for
the Integrity Provisions (Code of Conduct and Certification)
applicable to this requirement.
