Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for the construction of a paved parking area which includes grading, paving and painting.  Construction of a concrete staircase and handrails is also required at the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Centre, White Hills, St. John's, NL

SITE VISIT

It is recommended that bidders visit the site and its surroundings and verify the form, nature and extent of the work, the means to access the site, severity, exposure and uncertainty of weather, soil conditions and in general obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances prior to submitting bid.

Bidders must refer to Section 01 35 29.06 - Health and Safety Requirements, of specifications before performing any site inspection or preliminary work on site.
