    TITLE:
    Cooling & Ventilation Renovations - NAFC - St. John's, NL

    SUMMARY:
    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement for cooling and ventilation renovations at the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Center in St. John’s, NL.    The existing systems serving the cafeteria in Pod G-1O are nearing the end of their service life and some components require replacement. Demolition will include, but not limited to, the existing ecology unit and associated control panel; portions of ductwork, diffusers/grilles; kitchen water wash panel and piping. Disconnect and remove all associated electrical work including conduits, boxes and wiring maintain control wiring that affects other unrelated systems. Upon completion of the demolition, the new installations can proceed. The new make-up air unit will deliver 100% fresh air to the kitchen area and shall be mounted on a steel support stand in the penthouse. 
    
    SITE VISIT:
    There will be a site visit on:  Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at 10:30hrs.  80 East White Hills Road, St John’s, NL  Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Center  Main Entrance.  
    
    Bidders are required to show identification in the form of a valid picture ID and sign in to view premises. All visitors will be accompanied for duration of visit.

    The estimated cost of this procurement is between $101,000. To $250,000.
