    Bidders’ conference:
    A bidders' conference will be held at the Village de le Goulet, located at 1295 Principale Street, Le Goulet, New Brunswick, E8S 2E9 on November 27th, 2019. The conference will begin at 10:00 am AST.  
    
    The scope of the requirement outlined in the bid solicitation will be reviewed during the conference and questions will be answered. It is recommended that bidders who intend to submit a bid attend or send a representative.
    
    Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority before the conference to confirm attendance. Bidders should provide, in writing, to the Contracting Authority, the name(s) of the person(s) who will be attending and a list of issues they wish to table no later than November 26th, 2019 at 14:00 AST.
    
    Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the bidders' conference will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. Bidders who do not attend will not be precluded from submitting a bid.

    Public Services and Procurement Canada has a requirement for a contract, which consists of a project that consist of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment, hardware and materials for construction of the following:
    
    1. The new breakwater and shoreline stabilization structures on the east side of the Shippagan Gully, and;
    2. Dredging the Shippagan Gully channel located at Shippagan Gully, Gloucester Co., NB, in strict accordance with Specifications and accompanying drawings an subject to all terms and conditions of contact.
    
    
    ***  Note *** This contract contains black-out periods and restrictions.  Please refer to the specifications and drawings for further details.
    
    
    The Contractor shall perform and complete the work by March 31, 2022.
    
    All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for PSPC Project Number R.076592.003 forming part of the bid document.  
    
    The estimate for this opportunity is within the following cost category:  $5,000,001.00 to $20,000,000.00.
    
    Standard bid and contract security for construction is required.
    
    
    A public bid opening will be held at the Bid Receiving Unit, Room 4479, 4th floor, 1045 Main Street, MONCTON, N.B
