Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Office Fit-up - Parks Canada & Parole Board of Canada, Moncton NB EC015-220946/A Young (PWJ), Leesa Telephone No. - (506) 871-1716 Fax No. - (506) 851-6759 *** COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIREMENT - Required with the bid, please see Solicitation Amendment 005. *** Parks Canada & Parole Board Offices Fit-up, Moncton, NB Location of work: Government of Canada Building at 1045 Main St, Moncton, NB Public Services and Procurement Canada has a requirement to issue a contract for the renovations to the Government of Canada Building at 1045 Main St, 3rd floor, in Moncton, NB. The work shall include but is not limited to the supply and install of all products, services, labour, material and equipment in order to meet the requirements of the drawings and specifications. All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for PWGSC Project Number R.074120.001 and R.079691.002 forming part of the bid document. The Contractor shall complete the work on or before May 1st, 2022. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following cost category: $1,000,001 to $5,000,000 (HST extra). ***OPTIONAL SITE VISIT It is optional that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. The optional site visit will be held on October 7th, 2021. Contractors interested in participating in the site visit are required to register with the Contracting Authority in advance by e-mail at leesa.young@pwgsc.gc.ca by no later than 13:00pm on October 6th, 2021. The Contracting Authority will assign a specific time slot. Inquiries: All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature are to be submitted in writing to the Contractual Authority: Leesa Young, telephone - (506) 871-1716, facsimile - (506) 851-6759, email: leesa.young@pwgsc.gc.ca. Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. Inquiries are to be made in accordance with S103 - Enquiries during the Solicitation Period, under Special Instructions To Bidders in the solicitation document Firm intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents through the Government Electronic Tendering System (GETS). Addenda, when issued, will be available on GETS. Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference, and form part of the tender and contract documents. The standard documents are issued by Public Works and Government Services and may be viewed at buyandsell.gc.ca. This Public Services and Procurement Canada office provides services to the public in both official languages. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
