Transport Canada has a requirement for the fabrication, supply, and performance tests of berthing conic fenders and mooring bollards. The fender systems and bollards are to include all the assemblies, fasteners, accessories, chains and anchors required for their complete installation in concrete. 
The scope also includes the steel panels design to which the Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW-PE) pads and conic fender will be attached.  In addition, the design and supply of all connections, fasteners, accessories, UHMW-PE pads, as well as all chain systems with hardware and anchors are included in accordance with the Drawings and Specification forming part of the bid document.

The Fenders and Bollards must be delivered at the Souris Wharf, Souris, Prince Edward Island (Lot 1) and Cap-aux-Meules Wharf, Cap-aux-Meules, Quebec (Lot 2) by December 20, 2021.
