    SET-ASIDE UNDER THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT STRATEGY FOR ABORIGINAL BUSINESS
    
    This procurement has been set aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB). In order to be considered, a supplier must certify that it qualifies as an Aboriginal business as defined under PSAB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSAB. For more information on Aboriginal business requirements of the Set-aside Program for Aboriginal Business, refer to Annex 9.4 of the Supply Manual.

    The work covered under this project consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour,
    equipment and material for Rock Protection at Burnt Church Wharf, Northumberland
    County, New Brunswick, in strict accordance with specifications and accompanying
    drawings and subject to all terms and condition of contract.
    
    Mobilization and Demobilization of all equipment necessary to make
    work progress for the entire contract.
    
    The Contractor must not start work before October 1st, 2020. The work must be completed by December 30th, 2020.
    
    The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $$100,001 to $500,000(HST excluded). Standard bid and contract security for construction is required.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. Standard bid and contract security for construction is required.
