    Kenora, Ontario - Boat Launch Ramp Repair 
    
    Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf Kenora Canadian Coast Guard have a requirement for a boat launch ramp repair. 
    
    SCOPE OF WORK
    Work Work includes removal and disposal of existing boat launch ramp consisting of asphalt pavement and concrete and aggregate base.  The boat launch ramp is to be replaced with a combination of reinforced cast-in-place concrete, and precast structural concrete panels. The new boat launch ramp is approximately 3.7 m wide x 26.5 m in length. The entire ramp is to be installed on new clear stone, Granular A, Geotextile, cast-in-place concrete, and continuous W150x30 sleepers under the precast structural concrete panels in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings, Project No. R.083652.002 dated 2018-09-27.
    
    COMPLETION TIME
    The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within (14) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
    
    OPTIONAL SITE VISIT 
    There will be a site visit on Friday, December 7th, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Interested bidders are to meet at Kenora Canadian Coast Guard Base, 1100 Third Ave. South, Kenora, Ontario P9N 4H4
     
    The site visit for this project is OPTIONAL.  The representative of the Bidder will be requested to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bidders who have not attended the site visit will not be precluded from submitting a bid.  Bidders are requested to register 2 days prior to the site visit with the Contracting Authority Mary Caporusso by email:  mary.caporusso@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca
    
    Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
