Trade Agreement: WTO-AGP/NAFTA/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: EQ754-161519/A Jackson, Dahlia Telephone No. - (416) 512-5918 Fax No. - (416) 512-5862 Request for Standing Offers - Ontario Region - Architectural Services Public Works and Government Services Canada is calling for proposals from experienced Architectural consulting firms with in-house resources and/or a team of sub-consultants which will include structural engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, IT/Telecommunications specialist, functional programmers, interior designers,specification writers, cost estimators, sustainable design specialists, heritage conservation specialist, and building envelope specialists to submit proposals for Standing Offers. The selected consultants shall provide a range of architectural and engineering/specialists services in Central, Eastern, Northern and South Western regions of Ontario. The Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) may result in the authorization of up to four (4) Standing Offers for Central and South Western Ontario, up to three(3) Standing Offers for Northern Ontario and up to five (5) Standing Offers for Eastern Ontario, each for a period of three (3) years from the date of issuance of the Standing Offers. Canada anticipates the total value of these Standing Offers to be approximately $20,000,000.00. Examples of the types of projects which will require architectural and sub-disciplinary services include; investigation and recommendations reports, functional programming, feasibility studies, and cost estimates. At times, the selected consultants may be required to provide full service for design and construction supervision for small renovations, additions, and tenant fit-up work in Crown-owned buildings. At other times, a specific sub-consultant and/or specialist may berequested to provide a standalone service such as functional programming, cost estimating or specification writing for a variety of projects. The RFSO will be a single submission process. Proposals must indicate the Proponents interest in one, several or all regions. Proposals will be evaluated for both technical content and price. The proposal rankings will be based on 90% for technical evaluation and 10% for price. Standing Offer particulars are described in the RFSO. Firms should be able todemonstrate successful delivery of the above referenced services for a broad variety of projects over the last seven (7) years. In general, the firm and its personnel will be evaluated on the basis of their demonstrated understanding of the scope of services, their approach and methodology to providing those services, the quality of their relevant experience in this area, as well as the cost of the provision of the services. Firms interested in providing these services may order the Request for Standing Offer documents which are distributed through the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS). Standard Terms and Conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and Contract Documents. The Standard documents are issued by Public Works and Government Services Canada and may be viewed on buyandsell.gc.ca. In all cases bidders must indicate in the space provided on the Proposal Form the identification number(s) of the amendment(s), if any, that they have taken into consideration for their bid.
