For more information on Aboriginal business requirements of the Set-aside Program for Aboriginal Business, see Annex 9.4 of the Supply Manual. Further to Article 1802 of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), AIT does not apply to this procurement." Description of Work PWGSC requires that the two existing buildings and existing traffic booths and associated foundations be demolished and removed along with their entire interior contents (100% of all interior contents: designated substances and hazardous materials, attached and detached systems including mechanical, electrical, communications, security, heating, ventilation, alarms, office supplies, furniture, equipment, etc.) from the property (as well as all ancillary exterior structures/equipment/features such as canopies, bollards, concrete barriers, concrete blocks, curbs, guide rail systems, barrels, signs, booths, traffic gates, traffic markers/devices/signals, utility ducts/piping, fences, railings, ladders, sidewalks, benches, ramps, garbage containers, etc.) and the remaining parcel restored to specified surface finishes with all affected area free of voids and pockets and any debris. The primary objective of this project is to demolish and remove the Customs Warehouse and Traffic Building at the former Cornwall Port of Entry (POE), Cornwall International Bridge, between Canada and the United States (Three Nations Crossing). The site is located on the southeast quadrant of the intersection of International Road, Akwasasne (formerly Provincial Highway 138) and Indian Road. The lands are identified with the municipal address of 90 International Road, Cornwall, Ontario located on the western end of Cornwall Island (in the St. Lawrence River), south of Cornwall, Ontario and North of Massena/Rooseveltown, New York. The duration of work is scheduled to be completed within nine (9} weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer. Bidders' Conference A bidders' conference will be held at 111 Water Street East, Cornwall, Ontario on 16 April 2015. The conference will begin at 10 am (10:00 EDT]), in 2nd Floor, Room 2B. The scope of the requirement outlined in the bid solicitation will be reviewed during the conference and questions will be answered. It is recommended that bidders who intend to submit a bid attend or send a representative. Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority before the conference to confirm attendance. Bidders should provide, in writing, to the Contracting Authority, the name(s) of the person(s) who will be attending and a list of issues they wish to table no later than 15 April 2015, . Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the bidders' conference will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. Bidders who do not attend will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Second Optional Site Visit There will be a second optional site visit on 07 May 2015 at 10:00 am. Interested bidders are to meet at the Cornwall Island Building Demolition project site parking lot (90 International Road, Cornwall, Ontario). Optional Site Visit There will be a site visit on 16 April 2015 at 11:00 am. Interested bidders are to meet at the Cornwall Service Canada Building located at 111 Water Street East, Cornwall, Ontario, before proceeding to the Cornwall Island Building Demolition project site. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS IMPORTANT CHANGES TO GI01 "CODE OF CONDUCT AND CERTIFICATION OF - BID" R2710T, GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS (REFER TO SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS SI02) Bidders should provide, with their bid or promptly thereafter, a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If such a list has not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Failure to provide such a list within the required time frame will render the bid non-responsive. Bidders must always submit the list of directors before contract award. Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals named in the aforementioned list within a specified delay. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the delay will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. A COMPLETE LIST OF EACH INDIVIDUAL WHO IS CURRENTLY ON THE BIDDER'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
