    SCOPE OF WORK : 
    
    The work under this solicitation is comprised of renovations of
    the Kitchen in Building D at CSC Fenbrook Institution. It
    includes Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Mechanical
    work, in addition to the purchasing and installation of Kitchen
    Equipment.  Work is to be conducted in a phased approach to
    maintain operation of the facility located at 2000 Beaver Creek
    Road, Gravenhurst, Ontario; and further identified as CSC
    Fenbrook Institution, PWGSC Project Number R.056502.001.  The
    work is to be completed in accordance with all specification and
    drawings provided.
    
    The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within 13
    weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
    
    The site visit for this project is MANDATORY.  Arrangements have
    been made for a tour of the
    work site. The site visit will be held on the 08th of January
    2013 at 11:00 AM.  Bidders are to meet at  "FRONT ENTRANCE" CSC
    Fenbrook Institution, 2000 Beaver Creek Road, Gravenhurst ON.  
    
    Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting
    Authority, before 11:00 AM on 07th of January 2013 to confirm
    attendance and provide the name(s) and number of people who will
    attend.  The representative of the bidder will be requested to
    sign Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the visit.
    
    Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be
    given an alternative appointment.  Any clarifications or changes
    to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be
    included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. Contractors
    must bring picture ID.  No pictures will be allowed and no cell
    phones can be brought into the Institution.
    
    The site visit for this project is MANDATORY.  The
    representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site
    Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by
    Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be
    accepted.
    
    ***Please Note:  This site visit will serve as an opportunity
    for contractors to walk around the site and view the area(s)
    where the work is to be completed.  Enquiries of a technical or
    contractual nature will not be answered during the site visit.

    downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
    paper version.

    Bidders should provide, with their bid or promptly thereafter, a
    complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
    directors of the Bidder.  If such a list has not been received
    by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will
    inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the
    information.  Failure to provide such a list within the required
    time frame will render the bid non-responsive.  Bidders must
    always submit the list of directors before contract award. 
    
    Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly
    completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record
    Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals
    named in the aforementioned list within a specified delay. 
    Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the delay will
    result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
    
    A COMPLETE LIST OF EACH INDIVIDUAL WHO IS CURRENTLY ON THE
    BIDDER'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS. (SEE APPENDIX 1 OF THE "ITT"
