PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Scope of work: The Work comprises lead-based paint abatement on
the exterior of the old light tower and repainting, and the lead
contaminated soil remediation and off-site disposal and debris
removal from the Stokes Bay Front Range Light Station located on
Knife Island in Lake Huron in Ontario.

Please review the specifications and drawings which include
pictures of the site. 

CONSTRUCTION TIME
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within twelve
(12) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the
offer.

Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachments contains
the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which consists of
PDF files organized in an industry recognized  directory
structure.
