    Scope of Work
    Work of this Contract comprises the repair of showers at F-32S at the Collins Bay Institution in Kingston ON.
    
    MANDATORY SITE VISIT
    There will be a second mandatory site visit on November 8, 2016 at 10:00 am. Interested bidders are to meet at  the main entrance of the Collins Bay Institution at 1455 Bath Road, Kingston ON.
    
    Bidders are required to register with the Contracting Officer Ambreen Dhillon 48 hours prior to the site visit by calling 416-590-8253 or emailing ambreen.dhillon@pwgsc.gc.ca.
     
    The site visit for this project is MANDATORY.  The representative of the bidder will be required tosign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will be rejected.
    
    Note:  All persons entering Institutional property may be subject to search.
    
    CONSTRUCTION TIME
    The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within 18 weeks from the date of notification of acceptance
    of the offer.
    
    A COMPLETE LIST OF EACH INDIVIDUAL WHO IS CURRENTLY ON THE
    BIDDER'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS. (SEE APPENDIX  2 OF THE "ITT"
    DOCUMENT)
    
    Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
    contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized directory structure.
