Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: CCGB Parry Sound HVAC Upgrades EQ754-180883/A Dhillon, Ambreen Telephone No. - (416) 590-8253 ( ) Fax No. - (416) 512-5862 ( ) The purpose of this project is to provide select accessibility, plumbing, HVAC and electrical upgrades on the CCG base in Parry Sound. Accessibility upgrades include replacing the sidewalk at the main building front entrance and select areas of the sidewalk approaching the guard house from the parking lot; the existing washroom in the lobby of the main building will be converted into a barrier free washroom. Plumbing work involves replacing the fixtures in each washroom of the main building in support of architectural renovations. Heating, ventilation and air conditioning will be upgraded in the helicopter hanger via a VAV system with rooftop AHU and gas fired hot water tanks; heating and air conditioning will be upgraded in the guard house by installing a new fan coil unit and condensing unit outside. Electrical upgrades include replacing outdoor lighting around the base, exit signs inside the main building, as well as replacing select receptacles OPTIONAL SITE VISIT There will be a site visit on Thursday August 17th at 10:00am.
