    The Underground Storage Tank (UST)  and Aboveground Storage Tank
    (AST) Decommissioning Project at Kingston Penitentiary consist
    of the decommissioning and removal of 3 USTs and associated
    piping, sump, and tank monitors/sensors (Veeder Root System)
    located adjacent to the central heating plant and
    decommissioning and removal of 1 AST and associated piping,
    dispensing pump and pad adjacent to the Loading Bay along the
    perimeter fence.  Both sites are to be paved following
    decommissioning work,  paving is to occur between May 15 2013
    and  June 14 2013. Refer to Specifications R.058845.001 for more
    details and pictures
      
    SITE VISIT:
    There is no site visit for this project.
    
    Closing date:  November 27, 2012, 14:00 HOURS.
    
    The duration of work is schedule to be completed within 5 weeks.
    The asphalt paving to be completed on or before June 14 2013.
    
    Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
    downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
    paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
    contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
    consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
    directory structure.
