The first floor will also be occupied by the existing first floor tenant, Other Department. Construction includes but not limited to: 1. Fitup of Client 2 (219m2) and Client 1 (198m2) accommodations 2. Construction of new male and female client washrooms 3. A corridor separating the three clients which lead to the secured back end of the building and back exit 4. Other Client Wall construction and interior space upgrades INDUSTRIAL SECURITY RELATED REQUIREMENTS 1.At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Security Clearance as indicated in section SC01 of the Supplementary Conditions. Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. OPTIONAL SITE VISIT An Optional site visit will be held on October 13, 2016 at 10:am Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit. Interested contractors who wish toattend are required to give notice in writing with names of attendees. Bidders are to meet at the site, 130 Syndicate Ave South, Thunder Bay Ont. - 1st Floor. Bidders will be requested to sign an attendance form. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitationresulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. Weeks to Complete Client #2: Construction Completion by Jan 16th, 2017 or earlier - no possibility of extension Client #1and other client: Construction Completion by March 31, 2017 or earlier - no possibility of extension. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS IMPORTANT CHANGES TO GI01 "CODE OF CONDUCT AND CERTIFICATION OF - BID" R2710T, GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS (REFER TO SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS SI02) Biddersshould provide, with their bid or promptly thereafter, a complete listof names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If such a listhasnot been receivedby the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to providethe information. Failure to provide such a list within the required time frame will render the bid non-responsive. Bidders must always submit the list of directorsbefore contract award. Canada may, at any time,request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals named inthe aforementioned list withina specified delay. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the delay will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. A COMPLETE LIST OF EACH INDIVIDUAL WHO IS CURRENTLY ON THE BIDDER'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS. (SEE APPENDIX 2 OF THE "ITT" DOCUMENT) Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1) contains the Drawings andSpecifications Package (DSP) which consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized directory structure.
