See map attached for directions to site. Reference to Port Burwell Provincial Park: https://www.ontarioparks.com/park/portburwell Precaution is warranted: Road from Hwy. 39 may not be cleared of snow or ice. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is issuing an Invitation to Tender (ITT) for demolition and disposal of the Automation Building and associated structures and utilities in Port Burwell Small Craft Harbour. The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within four (4) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer. OPTIONAL SITE VISIT There will be an optional site visit on January 15, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at Port Burwell Small Craft Harbour. Interested bidders are to meet at the parking lot near the work site at Port Burwell Small Craft Harbour, Port Burwell, Ontario. Safety Attire: In order to be guaranteed access to the site visit all persons should have the proper personal protection equipment (safety glasses, footwear, vests and hard hats etc.). Contractor`s personnel/individuals who do not have the proper safety attire may be denied access to the site. Bidders are requested to register with the Contracting Officer, Anthony Ramsuchit at (416) 579-5206 or Anthony.Ramsuchit@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca to confirm their attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend 48 hours prior to the site visit. Bidders will be requested to sign an attendance form. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarification or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. Bidders should provide, with their bid promptly thereafter, a complete list of names of their board of directors. If such a list has not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Failure to provide such a list within the required time frame will render the bid non-responsive. Bidders must submit the list of directors before contract award. Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals named in the aforementioned list within a specified delay. Failure to provide such consent Forms within the delay will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. A COMPLETE LIST OF EACH INDIVIDUAL WHO ARE CURRENTLY ON THE BIDDER’S BOARD OF DIRECTORS. (SEE APPENDIX 1 OF THE ITT DOCUMENT) LIST SHOULD ACCOMPANY THE BID BUT MUST BE PROVIDED AT CONTRACT AWARD. Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachments include the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSO) which consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized directory structure.
