Project Scope of Work:  Work under this Contract comprises of replacement of exterior cladding at the CSC Henry Trail Community Corrections Centre, located at Kingston, Ontario.


The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within 18 weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer. 

PROJECT VALUE:

The estimated cost for this project is between $500,001 to $1,000,000 (HST extra).   
 
MANDATORY SITE VISIT  

There will be a mandatory site visit on Tuesday, August 25th 2020 at 10:00 AM EST.  Interested bidders are to meet in the parking lot of Henry Trail Community Correctional Centre, 1455 Bath Road, Kingston, ON, K7L 4V9.

Interested bidders must register with the Contracting Officer, Zobia Essa at Zobia.Essa@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca, by Friday, August 21st 10:00 AM to confirm attendance.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

• Bidder self-screening and declaration that they are not ill is required at arrival (see CSC screening attachment).
• Observe proper hand hygiene while on site. Sanitize hands upon exit of vehicle.
• Wear a Non-medical masks/face covering at all times while outside of vehicle.
• Maintain 2m social distancing at all time.
• Attendance will be taken by Bidders announcing their name and Departmental Representative recording (no list will be passed around).
• Social greetings (e.g. shaking hands) will be avoided.
