NATURE OF REQUIREMENT:

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), Real Property Contracting, on behalf of Transport Canada has a requirement to repair the South Pier of the Burlington Channel. The facility is located along the Burlington Channel between the City of Burlington and the City of Hamilton. Project No. R106016.001


SCOPE OF WORK:

The work under this contract involves the modification and recoating of wheel guards, recoating of bollards, addition of grab bars and painting at ladder locations, concrete repairs, and cleaning and caulking of joints. Other associated work to include miscellaneous removals of rebar and grinding of concrete to remove tripping hazards along the pier. 

SITE VISIT INFORMATION:
There will be no site visit for this requirement. The site is accessible to the public and may be examined prior to submitting a bid.
