The fit up includes: construction of walls, mechanical and electrical adjustments and new interior finishes The work of this contract comprises the provisions of all construction, labour and materials, demolition, plant, equipment and temporary facilities and all other goods and services required to complete the PWGSC fit-up, 4th floor, Greenstone building, 5105 - 501h Ave. Yellowknife, NT in conformance with the Contract Documents. THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS AN INDUSTRIALSECURITY REQUIREMENT For further instructions please consult "Special Instruction to Bidders", SI09, "Industrial Security Related Requirements" and "Supplementary Conditions" SC01 "Industrial Security Related Requirements, Document Safeguarding Location". The proposed requirement is subject to the following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements: Tlicho Land Claims and Self-Government Agreement OPTIONAL SITE VISIT There will be a site visit on August 3, 2017 at 8:00am. Interested bidders are to meet in front of security desk in Greenstone 5101 50th Ave Yellowknife NT. Value of Project: To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between: Category 5 $1 000,001 > $ 5,000,000 This PWGSC Office provides procurement services to the Public in English. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
