Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of Transport Canada (TC) requires the services of an Airfield Electrical and Visual Aid Engineering Consultant acting in the capacity of the coordinating engineer of record, together with a multi-disciplinary team of sub-consultants for the provision of service required for Churchill Airfield Runway Lighting Rehabilitation, Churchill, Manitoba.

The proponent must be a firm, licensed, or eligible to be licensed to provide the necessary professional services to the full extent that may be required by law in the province of Manitoba.

This Request for Proposal is a 1 stage, 1 phase selection process. This means that the proponent must submit all technical information as phase 1, and at the same time, they must also submit their cost proposal in a separate sealed envelope. Ensure that information related to fees or costs are not included with the technical portion of the proposal. 

This PWGSC Office provides procurement services to the Public in English.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
