    Public Services and Procurement Canada is seeking the services of a qualified General Contractor to undertake the demolition and replacement of select plumbing located in the existing crawlspace of the Regional Psychiatric Centre in Saskatoon, SK. The Regional Psychiatric Centre (RPC) is a facility for men and women located, Central Avenue North, Saskatoon in Saskatchewan. 
    
    A multi-level psychiatric hospital operated by the Correctional Service of Canada (CSC). The Centre provides assessment, intensive programming, treatment for mental disorders, and a 24-hour medical care to individuals from the federal and provincial justice systems. The original Institution was constructed in the mid 1970's with rated capacity of 204. All plumbing and its associated piping are 40 years old and some of the plumbing located within the buildings crawl space has been identified for replacement 
    
    Construction will be performed during full operation of the facilities, as a result project phasing must be planned to ensure that disruption to the daily operation of the facilities is kept to a minimum. Due to these constraints it is strongly recommended that potential bidders attend the optional site visit.
    
    There will be a site visit on July 18, 2019 at 2:00 pm. Interested bidders are to meet at:
    
    The front entrance of the facility, Regional Psychiatric Centre, located at 2520 Central Avenue North, Saskatoon, SK.
    
    • Security pre-screening: All the individuals attending the site visit must register prior to the site visit. The names of each individual attending the site visit, along with the name of the firm they represent, should be provided to the Contracting Authority by July 16, 2019 at 3:00pm MDT in order to gain access to the site.  Bidders who have not pre-registered will not be granted access.
    
    • Bidders who plan on bringing electronic devices with them must fill out and submit form CSC/SCC 1467 (see attachments) when registering for the site visit.
    
    • All personnel will be required to wear steel toed boots. 
    
    Value of Project: To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between:
