Public Services and Procurement Canada is delivering a project for Correctional Services Canada for the replacement of rooftop air handling units and mechanical room boilers at the CSC's Pe Sakastew Centre, a minimum security male correctional facility localed in Maskwacis, Alberta. 
Interior boiler replacement and mechanical work is expected to commence immediately. Air handling work to be completed in the 2018 spring construction season. The work for this project will include but is not limited to the following: demolition of existing air handling units; provision of new packaged air handling units (5-10 tonne cooling capacity); miscellaneous HVAC and ductwork; controls installation; demolition of existing boilers; provision of new boilers (firing rate range from 73kW to 106 kW); plumbing and gas fitting installation services.

To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $500,001 and $ 1,000,000.

It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site.  Arrangements have been made for a tour of the work site.
