This project involves fire alarm upgrades, with hazardous material considerations, to the Grierson Centre located downtown Edmonton. Much of the project takes place within an active minimum security institution and/or correctional services offices, and as such, construction activities must:
- Be undertaken with continuous monitoring by a CSC commissionaire (paid for by owner);
- Enable the continuous operation of the facility; 
- Comply with the rules of the institution.

To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $250,001 and $500,000.

NOTICE - OPTIONAL SITE VISIT

It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site.  Arrangements have been made for a tour of the work site.

There will be a site visit on November 28, 2018 at 1:30 pm. Interested bidders are to meet at:

Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.
