    On behalf of Transport Canada, Public Works and Government
    Services Canada (PWGSC) is seeking tenders for the provision of
    all materias, equipment, labour and supervision for the
    de-construction of the existing Transport Canada Hanger located
    at the Edmonton City Centre Airport. The project consists of the
    de-construstruction of the existing Transport Canada Hangar in a
    manner where it can be packaged and moved to its new location at
    the Villeneuve Airport where it will be turned over to the New
    Owner. as detailed in the specifications, drawings and
    Invitation to Tender documents. 
    
    The Contractor shall be responsible for all aspects of the
    de-construction and shall be required to carefully document all
    stages and label all pieces of the building. This documentation
    is required to be clear and detailed so the New Owner can
    re-construct the building with minimal difficulty when the time
    comes. The Contractor shall then be required to turn this
    documentation over to the New Owner as a resonctruction manual.
    The Contractor shall provide all shipping/storage containers for
    the items to be stored until the building will be
    re-constructed. Because there is no timeframe as to when the
    building will be re-constructed the shipping.storage containers
    will not be returned. The Contractor shall leave the site as
    Rough Grading with positive drainage
    
    Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
    downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) .  Tenderers
    should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1) contains the Drawings and
    Specifications Package (DSP) which consist of PDF files
    organized in an industry recognized directory structure.
    
    NOTICE - OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
    
    There will be a site visit September 30, 2014 at 9:00 AM.
    Interested bidders are to meet at Hangar Building #5, 11936-109
    St, Edmonton, Alberta.  
    
    The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the
    Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. 
    
    
    
    This PWGSC Office provides procurement services to the public in
    English.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
    procurement.
    
    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
