Requirement:
Public Services & Procurement Canada (PSPC) is delivering a project for Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) regarding the repair of the east leg portion of NRCan’s Inuvik Satellite Station Facility (ISSF) existing road network.

This project will be delivered via a design-bid-build approach. 

The Inuvik Satellite Station Facility is located approximately 10 km southeast of the Town of Inuvik, NT.

The work for this project will include but is not limited to the following:  
surveying; development of construction access to facilitate construction; clearing & brushing of vegetation; excavation of existing road embankment; nonwoven geotextile work; granular production; supply/haul/placement/compaction of embankment/sub-base/surfacing gravel; regrading/recompacting; culverts; traffic signs.

Delivery Date: Contractor must perform and complete the Work within 5 weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.

Value of Project: 
To assist with insurance and bonding requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $1,000,001.00 to $5,000,000.00.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk.
