Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: The Winnipeg Tax Centre Project comprises two different parts within one project. The first part will be creating an open office floor plan with one (1) Training room from existing /divided office space on the 2nd floor South-East corner of the building. The second part will be construction of four (4) new Training Rooms in various locations in the building. The project will include selective demolitions including protection of existing IT equipment and remediation of existing ductwork. New construction includes the reconfiguration of existing infrastructures and various new installation types throughout. Hoarding will be required to adjacent area as they will be occupied during the entire course of the works, coordination with Public Works and Government Services Canada and Canada Revenue Agency will be required. Refer to the Invitation to Tender, Specifications and Drawings for further details. Contract Completion: 26 weeks from date of Contract Award Value of Project: To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $1,000,001 > $5,000,000. OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: There will be a site visit on June 8, 2017 at 10:00 AM sharp. Interested bidders are to meet at the front Security Desk at the Main entrance of Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), 66 Stapon Road, Winnipeg Manitoba, R3C 3M2 Code of Conduct: "IMPORTANT NOTICE: New measures related to Code of Conduct and certifications included in the solicitation documents requires attention." Drawing and Specifications are available for viewing and downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF). Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT1) contains the Drawing and Specifications Package (DSP) which consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized directory structure.
