Work Description:
Work under this Contract comprises Civil and Site Preparation
work for the new twenty bed living unit and remedial work.

Delivery Date:
The work shall commence immediately upon official notification
of acceptance of tender by the Contracting Authority and is to
be completed by 31st December 2013.

Mandatory Site Visit Date:
A site visit has been scheduled for 3rd July 2013 @  9:30 AM
PDST.  Contractors are to meet CORCAN Construction FVI 20 Bed
Site Office at 33344 King Road, Abbotsford, BC.

The site visit for this project is MANDATORY.  The
representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site
Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by
Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be
accepted.

All contractors must wear a high visibility vest, which meets
WCB standards, for all site visits including a tender site
visit.  No cameras, cell phones (of any type) or laptop
computers are allowed into institutions at any time.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project
is estimated to cost between 
$400,000.00 - $500,000.00.
