Title:		Temporary Hold Room 
Location:	Air Terminal Building, Penticton Airport, B.C.

Work Description:
Work under this contract covers provision of new or used
transportable buildings at Penticton Airport, Penticton, B.C.
Work to be performed under this contract includes, ut is not
limited to, the following items covered further in the contract
documents.
1.  Municipal Permits
2.  Preparation of site prior to installation of buildings.
3.  Provision of foundation and achoring.
4.  Connection of site services (gas, electricity,
communication), electrical grounding of units on site,
electrical interconnections of units.
5.  Delivery and placement on site.
6.  Free standing canopy (non-combustible construction)
7.  Provision of landings, stairs, ramp, guard and hand rails,
perimeter skirting, anchor tie downs.
8.  Remedial work.

Delivery Date: 
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within
(thirteen) (13) weeks from the date of notification of
acceptance of the offer.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
There will be a site visit on 7th August, 2014 at 10:30 am.
Interested bidders are to report and meet Airport Security
Officer upon arrival at Penticton Airport, B.C.

Value of Project: 
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project
is estimated to cost between 
$200,000.00 to $249,000.00.

Firms intending to submit proposals on this project should
obtain documents through Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders.  Addenda,
when issued will be available from Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders.
Firms that elect to base their proposal on documents obtained
from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely
responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their
intention to bid.
