Project Description:
The Main Laboratory and Office building comprises 14 different roofs and skylights including a large flat green roof which has exceeded its 20 year service life. The scope of work includes the replacement of several roofs and skylights, several repairs and the installation of guardrails and security screens around the perimeter of accessible roofs at the Centre for Aquaculture and Environmental Research Laboratory, 4160 Marine Drive, West Vancouver, BC

Delivery Date:
The work shall commence immediately upon official notification of acceptance of tender by the Contracting Authority and is to be completed by 31st March 2016.

Site Visit Date:
A site visit has been scheduled for January 18th, 2016 at 10:30 am.  Contractors are to meet at the Main entrance of the Centre for Aquaculture and Environmental Research Laboratory, 4160 Marine Drive, West Vancouver, BC.  Contractors are to note that this is not a mandatory site visit and is optional.  However, it is recommended that contractors visit the site prior to closing.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost between 
$800,000.00 - $850,000.00
