Note to Tenderers:

Work Description:
Work to be done under this Contract comprises of drainage
improvements construction work at the Little Gold Port of Entry,
Yukon.  Work will include, but not limited to; excavation, storm
drainage collection piping, site grading, and miscellaneous site
work and remedial work.  The work site is located at the Little
Gold Port of Entry on the Yukon and Alaska Border along the Top
of the World Highway. 

Work will be performed in accordance with the contract schedules
within the scope of work. 

Site Visit:
Contractors are recommended to visit the site prior to
submitting a tender for this work and to make inquiries or
investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with
the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.  A site
visit is scheduled on Monday, July 28th, 2014 at 1:00pm local
time, at the Little Gold Port of Entry on the Yukon and Alaska
Border along the Top of the World Highway.  A maximum of two (2)
representatives per bidder will be permitted to examine the
sites.

before close of business on Thursday, July 24th, 2014.

Delivery Date:
The work shall commence immediately upon official notification
of acceptance of tender by the Contracting Authority and is to
be completed within four (4) weeks from Contract Award.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements this project
is estimated to cost around 
$150,000.00.

from Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. Firms that elect to base their
bids on tender (solicitation) documents obtained from other
