Title: Deep Bay Causeway Surfacing and Electrical Supply

Location:   Deep Bay Small Craft Harbour, Bowser, BC

Work Description:
Work to be done under this Contract consists of the supply of equipment, labour and materials for the causeway surfacing and electrical supply at the Deep Bay Small Craft Harbour, located in Bowser, BC, between Qualicum Beach and Fanny Bay on Vancouver Island, BC.  

The work generally consists of, but is not limited to the following items:
-1. Mobilization / Demobilization
-2. Supply and Install of Conduit, Powerpole and Waterlines
-3. Supply and Install of Road Base and Asphalt
-4. Supply and Install of Curbs, Planters and Handrail
-5. Supply and Install of Electrical System

Work will be performed in accordance with the contract schedules within the scope of work.

Optional Site Visit:
There is NO scheduled site visit. However, bidders may visit the site if they choose.  They should not require special access but may contact the harbour manager as per below:

Delivery Date:
The work shall commence immediately upon official notification of acceptance of tender by the Contracting Authority and is to be completed by December 21, 2018.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements this project is estimated to cost around $200,000.00.

Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain
