    Work Description:
    
    Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to,
    -General site excavation
    -Site grading and sloping
    -Demolition of in-ground and creosote timber structures
    -Removal and Placement of Fill
    -Material Delivery and placement
    -Rip-rap placement
    
    Work will be performed in accordance with the contract schedules within the scope of work.
    
    Site Visit:
    
    Contractors are recommended to visit the site prior to submitting a tender for this work and to make inquiries or investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.
    
    Delivery Date:
    
    The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work by May 31, 2017.
    
    Value of Project:
    
    To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost approximately $200,000.
