    Work Description:
    
    Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to:
    -the removal of existing asphalt, excavation
    -supply & Installation of sanitary sewer mains, leads, and manholes
    -supply & Installation of storm sewer mains, leads, manholes, and catch basins and removal of existing catch basins and piping
    -supply & Installation of water mains, services, chamber, valves, and irrigation system including 8 hours standby time
    -reshaping and grading of the subgrade
    -gravel sub-base and base supply and installation
    -replacement of damaged sections of concrete curb and sidewalk
    -asphalt paving
    -pavement markings, including existing markings on the main entry road
    -reinstallation of two signs
    -reinstallation of traffic loop detectors and electrical duct cabling at parking lot exit
    -installation of RPVC electrical conduits and junction boxes
    -remove and replace wood rail fence
    -minor landscape restoration
    
    Work will be performed in accordance with the contract schedules within the scope of work.
    
    Site Visit:
    
    Contractors are recommended to visit the site prior to submitting a tender for this work and to make inquiries or investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.
    
    Delivery Date:
    
    The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within twelve [12] weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
    
    Value of Project:
    
    To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $900,000 and $1,000,000.
