    Work Description:
    
    Work to be performed under the Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following items:
    
    - Disconnect   and temporarily   store two   existing   single   product fuel dispensers with associated equipment.
    - Pump out one (1) existing 1O,OOOL gasoline and one (1) existing S,OOOL diesel underground storage tanks and temporarily store fuel in approved tanks or containers. 
    - Upon completion of the upgrade work, filter stored fuel and re-transfer into the new storage tanks.
    - Excavate, remove and dispose of one (1) 1O,OOOL gasoline and one (1) 5,OOOL diesel fiberglass underground storage tanks (UST.)
    - Supply  and  install  one  (1)  new  20,000L  (12,500L  Gasoline / 7,500L Diesel) split compartment storage tank including platform/stairway and ancillaries.
    - Supply and install one (1) new 25,000L diesel storage tank including platform/stairway and ancillaries.
    - Refer to specifications for complete summery of work.
    
    Work will be performed in accordance with the contract and as shown on the drawings.  
    
    Site Visit:
    
    Contractors are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to submitting a tender for this work and to make inquiries or investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.
    
    A site visit is scheduled on Thursday, December 22, 2016 @ 10:00 am local time. Interested bidders are to meet at the PWGSC Site Office, Kent Institution, 4732 Cemetery Road, Agassiz, BC, V0M 1A0.
    
    Note: All contractors must wear a high visibility vest, which meets WCB standards, for all site visits including a tender site visit. No cameras, cell phones (of any type) or lap top computers are allowed into institutions at any time. All contractors attending the site visit must be able to provide a piece of Government issued photo identification at the reception in order to gain visitor access into institutions.
    
    Delivery Date:
    
    The work shall commence immediately upon official notification of acceptance of tender by theContracting Authority and is to be completed within 14 weeks of award.
    
    Value of Project:
    
    To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $700,000.00 and $750,000.00
