Title:  Addition of Freezer

Location: Matsqui Institution, Abbotsford, BC

Work Description: 
Work under this contract shall include all labour, materials, and equipment for the installation of a new freezer, construction of a new canopy, renewal of the existing refrigeration equipment, installation of new outside lighting and new sprinkler system for the existing cooler and freezer on at the Matsqui Institution in Abbotsford, BC. 

Site Visit: 
Contractors are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to submitting a tender for this work and to make inquiries or investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.

A site visit has been scheduled for 4 February 2016 at 10:30 AM. Contractors are to meet at the PWGSC site office located at the Matsqui Institution - 33344 King Road, Abbotsford, BC. 

Delivery Date: 
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within fourteen [14] weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.

Value of Project: 
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost between 
$275,000 and $325,000.
