    Work Description: 
    Work under this contract consists of Bridge Barrier Replacement, Buckinghorse River Bridge. 
    
    Other requirements include:
    Staging of construction and traffic accommodation,
    Environment management,
    Adhere to waste reduction requirement for reuse or recycling of waste materials, thus diverting materials from landfill. 
    
    Site Visit: 
    There is no site visit scheduled.
    
    Contractors are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to submitting a tender for this work and to make enquiries or investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with the site as well as the nature and extent of the work. 
    
    Delivery Date: 
    The work shall commence immediately upon notification of acceptance of offer by the Contracting Authority. The completion date is November 30, 2017.

    Value of Project: 
    To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $275,000 and $325,000.
