Note to Tenderers:
Due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and to encourage physical distancing, the bid receiving unit in Vancouver will remain open but with limited staff and limited hours: Monday to Fridays, from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm.

Work Description: 
The work is located within the grounds of the William Head Institution, a Corrections Canada minimum security facility. 

Work to be performed includes:
- rehabilitation of asbestos cement sanitary pipes using cured-in-place piping 
- removal and replacement of sanitary manholes
- rerouting and installation of several storm service connections by open-cut excavation

Optional Site Visit: 
There will be a site visit on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at 10:00 am. Interested bidders are to meet at the principal entrance of the William Head Institution located at 6000 William Head Road, Metchosin, BC.

Interested bidders are requested to provide the names of the individual and the company to the Contracting Authority, Donna Fung, at donna.fung@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca by 3:00pm on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 if you will be attending the site visit.

Delivery Date: 
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within sixteen (16) weeks of contract award.

Value of Project: 
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $100,001 and $500,000.
