Title:
Air Terminal Building (ATB) Boiler Replacement

Location:

Work Description:
Work of this Contractincludes:

1) Demolition and removal of existing boilers associated piping, valves, pumps, and expansion tank in the Penticton Air Terminal Building (ATB) Mechanical Room;
2) The installation of two new condensing boilers;
3) The installation of threenew boiler pumps;
4) The installation of three new zone circulating pumps;
5) New hot water piping, fittings and valves for the boiler system;
6) New boiler vents and vent doghouse;
7) Installation of a new expansion tank.

Optional Site Visit:
Bidders are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to submitting a tender for this work and to make inquiries or investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.

A site visit will be held on the following date and time:

Time: 10:00 am local time
Location: Penticton Airport, Penticton, B.C
Instructions: Bidders are to meet at the Security Office inside the terminal building.

Note: Interested biddersare required to provide their name(s) to Tian Lam at tian.lam@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca no later than 24 hours prior to the site visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendanceform.

Delivery Date: 
The Contractor shall perform and complete the work no later than 9 weeks after contract award.

Estimated Value: 
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $200,000.00 and $250,000.00 (GST included)
