Work Description:
.1 In general, the nature of work consists of light to heavy wharf repairs. Refer to drawing T-FWR-002 for the general arrangement of the work.

.2 In general, work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to:

a. Replace both gangways at Armitage and Wingen.
b. Replace wharf caps, cross-braces, guard and handrail at Armitage and Wingen.
c. Replace wharf decking and stringers at Armitage

Site Visit:
There will be no scheduled site visit.

Delivery Date: 
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work no later than January 31, 2020.

Estimated Value: 
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost approximately between $501,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. (GST included).
