Fume Hood Recapitalization

Location: 
Pacific Environmental Science Centre (PESC), North Vancouver, BC

Work Description: 
The Work comprises of, but is not limited to, the provision of all labour, materials, services and equipment necessary for the construction of fume hood / ventilation upgrade pertaining to Block B of the Pacific Environmental Science Centre and construction of metal platform on the roof to support new mechanical equipment related to the mechanical upgrades. The work location is at the Pacific Environmental Science Centre at 2645 Dollarton Highway, North Vancouver, BC.
Site Visit: 
Contractors are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to submitting a tender for this work and to make inquiries or investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.

There is an optional site visit for prospective bidders on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at 10:30 am PDST at the Pacific Environmental Science Centre at 2645 Dollarton Highway, North Vancouver, BC.
Delivery Date: 
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within twenty (20) weeks of Contract award.

Value of Project: 
To assist with insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $700,000.00 to $750,000.00
