    Work Description: 
    This contract consists of construction services to provide and install two new pumps, an underground piping and related components to supply two water channels rearing of salmon existing and a small building near the Atnarko River (British Columbia). 
    
    The channel spawning and nursery of Atnarko is a facility commissioned to distance from Snootli Creek Hatchery to Hagensborg, British Columbia. Built in 1978, the Snootli Creek Hatchery’s mission is to rehabilitate the population of salmon in the Bella Coola River and its tributaries. The channel spawning and rearing of Atnarko is located approximately 60 kilometres to the west of Bella Coola, near the observation platform wildlife Belarko.
    
    Work of this Contract comprises of the following: 
    1)Install two new submersible well pumps in two existing 12” diameter casing (well#1 and well#2), including two new pitless units and all the associated equipment. 
    2)Install a small domestic water pump in well#1 c/w a 29m long Ø25mm water service line to a future building, 
    3)Connect the pumps to a proposed water supply system, including approximately 68m of Ø200mm PVC pipe, 59m of Ø300mm PVC pipe, 9 m of 150mm pipe and 23m of 50mm pipe c/w a standpipe 
    4) Associated electrical and control work to be done by others. 
    5) All work as indicated in the contract drawings and specifications.
    
    Site Visit: 
    There will be NO SCHEDULED SITE VISIT.  However, contractors are encouraged to view the site on their own.
    
    Delivery Date: 
    The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work by August 15, 2019.

    To assist with insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $230,000 to $250,000.
