Due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and to encourage physical distancing, the bid receiving unit in Vancouver will remain open but with limited staff and limited hours: Monday to Friday, from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm (Pacific Time).

Work Description:
Work of this Contract comprises of the construction of residential two story wood framed structure on a concrete foundation. The residence will contain 3 bedrooms on the upper floor. The residence also contains a garage and a basement suite. Exterior cladding is cement board, roof is fiberglass asphalt shingle. Site work includes clearing selected trees, grading, drainage, and providing driveway connections to the adjacent roadway.

This procurement is subject to the Nisga’a Final Agreement.

Optional Site Visit: 
As part of the tender process, an optional online video meeting is scheduled on Friday, August 20, 2021 from 10:00am to 11:30am PDST.  We encourage all bidders to attend this online video meeting.  The details for logging in to this meeting will be made available to all bidders who express an interest in attending by contacting the Contracting Authority before 3:00 pm PDST on Thursday, August 19, 2021. Delivery Date: 
The Contractor shall perform and complete the work within thirty-six (36) weeks of Contract Award.

Value of Project: 
To assist with insurance and bonding requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $1,000,001 to $5,000,000.
