    Work Description: 
    Work under this contract covers HVAC rehabilitation at the Sandspit Airport, Combined Services Building and is not limited to, the provision of all labour, materials, services, and equipment necessary for the upgrade of the ventilation system fully described in the Tender documents.  The work is to be undertaken in stages to accommodate Owner’s continued use of the premise during construction.
      
    Work will be performed in accordance with the contract schedules within the scope of work.
    
    Optional Site Visit:
    Contractors are recommended to visit the site prior to submitting a tender for this work and to make inquiries or investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.  An optional site visit is schedule on November 1, 2016 at 10:00 in the morning. The meeting place will be at the Airport Manager’s Office located atSandspit Airport, 1 Airport Road, Sandspit, British Columbia V0T 1T0.
    
    Bidders are responsible for making their own travel arrangements.
    
    Delivery Date: 
    The work shall commence immediately upon official notification of acceptance of the tender by the Contracting Authority and is to be completed 16 weeks from Contract award.

    Value of Project: 
    To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost around $300,000.00.
