Work Description:
Work under this Contract is at William Head Institution, 6000 William Head Road, Metchosin BC. This is a minimum-security institution. Work under this contract include but is not limited to the provision of all labour, material and equipment required to:

1. Replacement of existing high pressure sodium roadway-lighting fixtures with new LED roadway-lighting (supplied by Department Representative and installed by the contractor), on both wood and steel poles;
2. Replacement of existing roadway-lighting steel poles with new roadway-lighting steel poles.

An Optional Site Visit will be conducted on May 01, 2017.  All contractors must wear a high visibility vest, which meets WCB standards, for all site visits including a tender site visit. No cameras, cell phones (of any type) or lap top computers are allowed into institutions at any time.  All contractors attending the site visit must be able to provide a piece of Government issued photo identification at the reception in order to gain visitor access into institutions.

Work to commence immediately upon official notification of acceptance of offer and complete the work within 7 weeks from the date of such notification.

Work will be performed in accordance with the contract and as shown on the drawings.
