Work Description:
The purpose of this work is to upgrade and modernize the HVAC systems 
in the hatchery building and the residence, according to drawings and specifications as supplied by Fisheries and Oceans Canada. The work includes, but is not limited to,

.1 Mobilization of all necessary equipment, material and crew to the site. 
.2 Supply and installation of heat-pump HVAC systems for the hatchery building and the residence. Any damage to the hatchery building or the residence, due to negligence by the Contractor or his employees shall be repai
red and/or replaced at the Contractor's expense. All construction materials and equipment to be supplied by the Contractor. 
.3 Testing and commissioning of the HVAC systems. 
.4 Clean-up of the work area and demobilization of equipment and crew from the site.

No formal site visit is scheduled. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to inspect the site of the work andobtain all necessary information pertaining to local conditions, existing works and the site condit
ions expected to be encountered during the work.

Schedule:
Completion date for this project is August 31, 2017.

Work will be performed in accordance with the contract and as shown on the drawings.  

Value of Project:
To assist with insurance requirements, this project is estimated to 
cost between $60,000.00 and $70,000.00
