Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: F1705-180200/A Martin, Delia (PWY) Telephone No. - (778) 707-2139 Fax No. - (604) 775-6633 Email: Delia.Martin@pwgsc.gc.ca Title: Radar Main and Radar Pad Location: Seymour Narrows, BC Work Description: The project includes but not limited to the following: 1: Clearing and construction of a new gravel surfaced road 533 meters long 2: Installation of two 500mm corrugated metal pipe culverts, 9 meters long 3: Construction of a gravel surfaced CCG radar site area, 2011 square meters at the end of the new road built to road base standards 4: Removal or burning (permitted burning) of brush and debris from road and pad clearing and 5: Hydro seeding sides of road to tree lines The Work, unless specifically stated otherwise, shall include the furnishing of all material, product, equipment, labour and transportation necessary to complete the Work. Site Visit: There is no site visit scheduled for this solicitation. Delivery Date: The Contractor must perform and complete the work by March 31, 2019. Value of Project: To assist with insurance and bonding requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $100,000.00 and $150,000.00. Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender (solicitation) documents through Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. Addenda, when issued will be available from Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender (solicitation) documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to bid.
