    Work Description: 
    Public Works has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) services, installations, alterations, testing and repair work, as and when required, at detachments or houses located throughout the Yukon Territory for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).
    
    The contractor will be required to perform work in both urban and remote communities. The locations include but are not limited to: Beaver Creek, Carcross, Carmacks, Dawson City, Faro, Haines Junction, Mayo, Old Crow, Pelly Crossing, Ross River, Teslin, Watson Lake and Whitehorse. The Contractor must be qualified/certified to provide the necessary professional services to the full extent in the Yukon Territory for the Classes of Labour required.
    
    The Contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools and, equipment for the complete service of HVAC systems in accordance with local, provincial and Federal requirements.
    
    The Standing Offer is for a 1-year fixed term from date of award with two option years. The Standing Offer value is estimated to be $975,000.00 (GST included).
    
    Only one (1) Standing Offer will be authorized.
    
    THIS STANDING OFFER CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
    The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
    
    The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to PROTECTED information, assets or sensitive site(s) must EACH hold a valid RELIABILITY STATUS, granted or approved by the CSP, PWGSC.
     
    Delivery Date: 
    It is PWGSC's intention to authorize one (1) standing offer for a period of 1 year with two one year option periods.
