    Description of Work: 
    
    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of Royal Canadian Mounted Police is inviting Construction firms to submit offers for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for Construction services, that include but are not limited to, installations, alterations and repair work, as and when requested basis, throughout the Yukon Region. The work will comprise the supply of all labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to carry out repairs, alterations and additions.
    
    The contractor will be required to perform work in both urban and remote communities. The locations include but are not limited to: Beaver Creek, Carcross, Carmacks, Dawson City, Faro, Haines Junction, Mayo, Old Crow, Pelly Crossing, Ross River, Teslin, Watson Lake and Whitehorse. The Contractor must be qualified/certified to provide the necessary professional services to the full extent in the Yukon Territory for the Classes of Labour required.
    
    It is PWGSC's intention to authorize up to two (2) Standing Offers, each for a period of one (1) year with the option to extend for two (2) additional one-year periods. The total dollar value of all Standing Offers is estimated to be $2,400,000.00 (Applicable Taxes included). Individual call-ups will vary, up to a maximum of $1,000,000.00 (Applicable Taxes included). Offerors should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the Standing Offers will be called-up; PWGSC will issue call-ups only when the specific services to be provided under the Standing Offer are needed.

    Contractors are recommended to make inquiries necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with the nature and extent of the work.

    THIS STANDING OFFER CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
    The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
    
    The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to sensitive work site(s) must EACH hold a valid RELIABILITY STATUS, granted or approved by the CSP/PWGSC.
     
    Delivery Date: 
    The period for placing call-ups against the Standing Offer shall be for one (1) year commencing from the start date identified on the Standing Offer with an option to authorized for use to extend its offer for two (2) additional one year periods.
