    Work under this Contract comprises renovations and Departmental Representative relocations at Alvin Hamilton Building, located at 1783 Hamilton Street, Regina, Saskatchewan. Departmental Representative relocations include restacking at the Alvin Hamilton Building, and the relocation of off-site Departmental Representative operations to the renovated Alvin Hamilton Building. Off-site locations include 2365 Albert Street and 2045 Broad Street, Regina, Saskatchewan, as more fully described in the plans and specifications. 
    
    Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms, special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing, and are to ensure they are addressed in the submitted bid. 
    
    THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS AN INDUSTRIAL SECURITY REQUIREMENT
    For further instructions please consult "Special Instruction to Bidders", SI09, "Industrial Security Related Requirements" and "Supplementary Conditions", SC01, "Industrial Security Related Requirements".
    
    OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
    There will be a site visit on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at 15:00 (3pm). Interested bidders are to meet at the Commissionaires Desk - Main Floor, Alvin Hamilton Bldg, 1783 Hamilton St., Regina, Sask. Bidders who, for any reason, cannot attend at the specified date and time will not be given an alternative appointment to view the site. No exceptions will be made.
    
    There will be a site visit on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at 15:00 (3pm) related to move services.  Interested bidders are to meet at the Commissionaires Desk - 3rd floor, Park Plaza, 2365 Albert Street, Regina, SK.  Immediately following will be a site visit at 2045 Broad Street.  Bidders who, for any reason, cannot attend the specified date and time will not be given an alternative appointment to view the site.  No exceptions will be made.
    
    This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to comply may result in rejection of your bid.
